Deal List Report

Dealscan’s Deal List Report will display key attributes of a loan on the Tranche or Deal level in a concise manner.

Users have the ability to view details on the tranche level or on the deal level by selecting the appropriate radio button.

Users have the ability to view the entire Detail Report for a tranche(s) or deal(s) they are interested in simply by selecting the check box next to the borrower’s name and clicking “View Selected Detail Report”.

Users can download the entire Deal List Report simply by clicking the “Download” button.

Any loan in a Deal List report can be added to a watchlist simply by checking the box located next to the Borrower’s name.  Users can download an entire Deal List report to a watchlist by selecting the box in the header row located next to the header “Borrower Name”

Users can navigate to a borrower’s Company Page in Loanconnector simply by clicking the borrower’s name in the Deal List Report.

Users can sort the Deal List Report by Column A to Z by clicking a column header.
