Links to EFL Company Pages for other companies that are comparable by sales size, industry and other factors.

Market

News & Analytics

News

A list of all applicable news stories tagged for a given company.  This section is paginated, navigable with controls at the lower right of the list.

Analytics

A list of links to all EFL analytics for a given company.  The list excludes news items.  This section is paginated, navigable with controls at the lower right of the list.

Instruments

This section provides quick access to in depth data for all loan, bond and euqities debt instruments for a given company.

Loans

Lists all active loans with 20+ data fields in the initial view.  Default sort is descending by Tranche Active Date.  Greater detail on any tranche available by clicking on "Details".

Bonds

Lists all active bonds for a given company sorted in descending order of Bond Issue Date.  Current bond pricing data highlighted.  Greater detail on any bond available by clicking "Details".  This section is paginated, navigable by controls at the lower right of the list.

Equities

Lists all currently issued equities for a given company.

Quick View

Combines all instrument data on one page.  Each section of data is still paginated, but users will stay on the same page further pages are navigated to.

Ratings

All applicable ratings for a given company sorted into three categories.

Most Recent Bank Loan Rating Action

A list of the most recent rating actions on bank loans issued to the selected company.  Sorted in descending order by action date.

Most Recent Issuer Rating Action

A list of the most recent issuer rating actions for the selected company.  Sorted in descending order by action date.

Ratings History

A list of all ratings actions associated with the company sorted by rating date.  This section is paginated, navigable by controls at the bottom right of the list.

Loan Details/Docs

Bank Loans Detail Reports

A list of links to EFL Detail Reports for active loan facilities for a given company.  Clicking on any item in a row for a facility will open a pop-up window with available details on that facility, broken down by tranche where applicable.  This section is paginated where necessary, navigable by controls at the bottom right of the list.

Loan Documents

List of links to actual loan documentation such as credit agreements or amendments.  Sorted in descending order by date, clicking on a link will open a dialog box to save the given document.  Loan Documents are generally made available as rich text format documents (.rtf) or pdf.  This section is paginated, navigable via controls at the lower right of the list.
